We combine this with other therapies for effective treatment. Weight loss is difficult for many and it is even harder for people living with digestive problems. Probiotics are live yeast or bacteria in foods or supplements that help the stomach digest food and keep the gut healthy.

When you don't want to just take supplements, we recommend that you eat foods with probiotics. Plain unflavored yogurt is one of the best sources of this. Other foods that contain probiotics are kimchi, sauerkraut, miso, pickles, kefir, and kombucha tea. These foods or supplements are found in most supermarkets and health food stores. Studies have shown that probiotics often helps the body excrete excess fat and help stimulate an appetite reduction hormone called GPL. Increased production of this hormone helps your body burn calories and fat.
